These elegant butter and soft cheese knives are hand-shaped from premium Italian olive wood, featuring a sleek, ergonomic design with a comfortable contoured handle and cut-out for easy gripping. Each includes a leather cord for hanging.

The natural, swirling grain of olive wood is dense, non-porous, naturally antibacterial, and odor-resistant—perfect for spreading butter, soft cheeses, pâtés, or dips without scratching surfaces. Engraved with the AKW logo.
